New Obsession: The Hunt

If you aren't aware of what The Hunt is you're missing out.


You know when you see something or someone on TV, on the street, in a magazine wearing something to die for and you have no idea where to find it?

This is app is made for exactly that.

Basically, any article of clothing that you're dying for because its adorable or even just trendy you can simple type whatever it is into the Browse search engine if you want something general:

They have trending topics and top tags if you wanted to check those out as well.
























You can search for anything you please and for me its horrendous becuase I basically want to buy everything that I see so... yeah, you see the problem. You can go on Hunts for just about anything clothes, shoes, accesories, DIY stuff, websites, remedies to things, workouts, anything you can bascially imagine.


So yes that is a little synopsis of The Hunt, so if you think you might like this app or maybe want to get a feel for it yourself you can get that: here for the App Store or here for computer or another moblie browser.

Anyway the Billboard Music Awards was this past Sunday, May 18th and of course there are always the people that thrive when it comes to award show fashion. I'll only do a synopsis of my number one outfit.

Now Ke$ha has always been one to come to award shows and shock... maybe not in the best manner. Yet in 2014, she shocked for the better. This dress screams Hollywood Glam and it compliments her figure extremely well in the gorgous lace dress. Her soft blonde hair that was accentiated with pink highlights added elegance in a beautiful updo. Since leaving from her stint in rehab, Ke$ha has made a complete turn-around and looks amazing.

OOTD: Reppin' Coca Cola (May 5th 2014)

Boom boom pow.

(That was really lame, I just didn't know how to start this honestly.)

Here's an outfit of the day for ya. This outfit actually wasn't all that special but I really thought it was simple and cute.

I actually went shopping on Friday and picked up a few things.

(I should be going shopping again soon and I'll do a haul) 

These light acid wash shorts are from Old Navy. (Same style, different color.) I thought they were a pretty good deal at $15. I've been wanting some acid wash shorts for the longest so as soon as I saw these I threw them right into my cart (much to my dad's dismay but oh well).


Next, my Coca-Cola t-shirt was also from Old Navy under their 'Collectables' line. I got a medium but I think it might have been a men's medium on accident (whoops). I thought this would be really cute just with some shorts, a skater skirt, or even a maxi skirt. I love graphic tee's and want to try to stock up on even more for SS14. 

My shoes are obviously Vans, which are my go-to shoe for school, shopping, anything casual really. Even though they're red they go with most of my outfits (monochrome everything, whoops.)

My belt which is actually one of my favorite accessories is from Vans, it's a mock airplane seatbelt and I love it to death. I got it at an outlet almost 3 years ago now and it's my go-to for any casual outfit.

Met Gala.

You hear about it every year in the fashion world but what is it really? 

Met Gala, is an annual ball that celebrates the annual opening of the Metropolitan Museum's fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute. 

The red carpet evening is hosted by Vogue magazine.

So let's not even talk about the amazing fashion that's going to be gracing the internet this evening.

With that being said I thought that I'd do my top 10 ensembles of the evening.

Well these are my absolute favorites of the night!

Cochella Craze

If you don't know what Coachella is, you've been living under a rock in the pop culture world.

Its a music festival held in Indio California thats a three day two weekend festival.

It's extremely popular in the music world and you see tons of celebrities there from Day 1 of the first weekend up until Day 3 of the second weekend.

Besides the music there is one thing that people look at over Coachella.

The fashion.

I have my top eight favorites and I'll talk about why.

Diane Kruger was on of my favorites. When you see people at Coachella they seem to try and wear as little clothes as possible. Diane debunked that in a really simple but still adorable bodycon mini dress. It's not the average for Coachella but by pairing it with a really cute boho belt, sandals, and floppy sun hat she brought class to Coachella.

Vanessa Hudgens has been dubbed Coachella Queen for her extremely elaborate outfits and I have to go along with that statement. Vanessa's style is already out the box so for a music festival where clothing is one of the top priorities she really stands out to me. Her flowy dress with a paisly-esque bottom is not something I would grab off the rack because I'm not very loud with my clothes like she is. Although I am in love with her whole ensemble (including her gorgeous boyfriend, Austin Butler.)

Well, well, well look who it is again. Now I could never make it to my front door looking like this my confidence is not there and my mom might kill me first but I love this on Vanessa. The aztec-y bralet paired with the fring skirt is extremely boho-indie-chic which isn't me but I love on someone like her.

Here we have Miss Catherine McPhee, former American Idol runner up. She had a much more subdued look like Diane but the crop top with the cutouts added that Coahella vibe to it. In addition, her very debonair hat adds class and her paisley skirt is extremely adorable.

Hey now, hey now this is what dre-e-eams are made of. Ms. Hilary Duff was spotted with her husband Mike in this really cute versatile outfit. The cutoffs, tank, booties, scarf, and fedora all really come together. I would even wear this myself to go to the mall or even just to the movies or something. Hillary is probably the most fashionable mom I've seen and that's displayed here.

I don't know about you, but when I think of Paris Hilton I think extremely glitzy and flashy. Yet her entire Coachella wardrobe was completely different. Her maxi dress with a small floral pattern was extremely girly with the cut outs at her waist. She also added a flower crown -which most of the time is not needed- but that day was completely adorable.

Selena had me fighting internally whether to choose her at number one. Yet she hit at number two. That doesn't discredit her  cute outfit. Her long patterned maxi dress was extremely adorable, she paired it with white shorts underneath and a black cut out bralet underneath. If she had just worn the outfit minus the dress I would have still like it but the dress added a really Bohemian feel to it. The combat boots added a rugged-ness as well which I liked.

Number one, number one! Kendall Jenner's Coachella fashion was really on point both weekends but this was my absolute favorite. Lately I've been dying for kimonos and oversized cardigans so Kendall's outfit immediately pulled me in. The all-black ensemble was simple but still striking. The black tube top paired with the black high-waisted fringe shorts was adorable but the embellished shoes and lace cardigan pulled it placing it at number 1. The necklace and the facial diamonds are 100% Coachella.
